We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original condition with all tags and protective films intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.

Yes, we provide professional battery replacement and watch repair services through our certified service centers. You can visit any of our physical boutiques or mail your watch to us for a diagnostic.

How do I adjust the strap of my new watch?
For watches with metal bracelets, we offer complimentary resizing at any of our retail locations. If you are shopping online, you can provide your wrist measurement in the order notes, and we will adjust it before shipping.
